Our response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
We’ve made one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make! We have closed Totally Transformed temporarily from Monday 23rd March 2020.
Due to the nature of the business we operate, its simply not possible for us to observe safe distancing government guidelines and we must do everything we can as responsible business owners to stop the spread of this horrible virus as much as we possibly can.
We’d like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us since we first opened and we are adamant this isn’t goodbye, but a see you soon! We’re going to work behind the scenes on some unbelievable offers to relaunch with.
We’d also invite anyone who needs some support, motivation or ideas on managing their weight during these testing times to just get in touch with us via phone, messenger, email or text. We want to support you all a much as we can!
Lots of Love
See you all soon

Coronavirus – What do you need to do?
You can spread the virus, even if you do not have symptoms yourself
The current government advice is to stay at home unless you have to go outside for food, health reasons or to go to work (where it isn’t possible to work from home). When you do need to leave the house please ensure that you stay at least 6ft (2 metres) away from other people and remember to wash your hands when you get back to your home.
Remember that following these rules will protect the NHS and save lives

Washing your hands regularly wih soap and water for at least 20 seconds is important in stopping the spread of the virus. Singing Happy Birthday while you do it is optional or you could choose a different song using some of these hilarious entries on this website.
Where soap and water is not available, you should use a hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol content.
Wash your hands, when you leave the house, arrive at your destination, get back home again. You should also take extra care in washing your hands when you blow your nose, sneeze or cough and before and after handling food.
Exercising proper handwashing and hygiene can help to stop the spread of the virus.
